To initiate an international return, customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery, ensuring the garments are in their original, pristine condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all Riobaiano tags securely attached. Once the items arrive at our facility and pass a strict quality inspection, you will be notified within three business days to choose between a refund to your original payment method or store credit. Due to the complexities of international logistics, we do not process direct exchanges; if you require a different size or style, we kindly ask that you return the original item and place a new order on the website.

Unless an item is confirmed as defective, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and any original customs duties or local taxes paid are strictly non-refundable. Please also note that to maintain our quality and exclusivity standards, items purchased from our Sale or Outlet sections, as well as any garments that have been custom-tailored or altered to your measurements, are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.
